Creator Submission Rules

BeAnything allows creators to submit digital products for review and possible publication on our marketplace.
By submitting a product, you agree to these Creator Submission Rules.
You must own or have the right to submit the product
You may only submit products that:
- you created yourself
- you have permission to sell
- you have the legal right to distribute
- do not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or intellectual property rights
Do not upload copied, stolen, pirated, or unauthorized content.
Accepted product types
BeAnything may accept digital products such as:
- small apps
- tools
- templates
- guides
- designs
- digital assets
- AI-assisted tools
- productivity files
- educational resources
- creative products
All products must be digital and suitable for download.
ZIP file requirements
Submitted product files should be uploaded as a ZIP file.
Your ZIP file should:
- include the actual product files
- be organized clearly
- avoid unnecessary files
- not contain malware, spyware, trackers, or hidden scripts
- not collect personal data without clear disclosure
- not require unsafe installation steps
- not include illegal or harmful material
BeAnything may scan, open, test, or reject submitted ZIP files during review.
Product image requirements
Each submission must include one product image that represents the product.
For best visual results, we recommend:
1200 × 900 px
4:3 aspect ratio
Other image sizes are accepted, but they may appear with background padding in the marketplace grid.
Product description requirements
Your product title, short description, and long description must be accurate.
Do not exaggerate, mislead, or promise features that are not included.
Your description should explain:
- what the product does
- who it is for
- what is included
- any important requirements or limitations
- whether the product works offline or requires external services
Prohibited submissions
You may not submit products that include or promote:
- malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or harmful code
- phishing, hacking, credential theft, or unauthorized access
- illegal content or illegal services
- copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to sell
- fake, misleading, or deceptive products
- adult sexual content
- hateful, extremist, or violent content
- harassment, abuse, or doxxing
- weapons, dangerous goods, or instructions for harm
- gambling or betting systems
- financial scams or “guaranteed profit” schemes
- products that impersonate another person, brand, or company
- products that collect personal data without clear disclosure
BeAnything may reject any submission that we consider unsafe, misleading, illegal, low quality, or unsuitable for the marketplace.
Review process
Submitting a product does not guarantee publication.
BeAnything may review:
- the product title
- descriptions
- image
- ZIP file
- category
- price
- rights confirmation
- overall quality and safety
We may approve, reject, edit, request changes, or remove a product at any time.
Pricing
Creators may choose from the available price options offered by BeAnything.
BeAnything may adjust available price tiers over time.
Product changes and removals
BeAnything may remove or unpublish a product if:
- it breaks these rules
- it receives valid complaints
- it is unsafe or misleading
- it causes technical problems
- it violates rights, laws, or platform standards
- the creator requests removal
Responsibility
Creators are responsible for the products they submit.
By submitting a product, you confirm that:
- the product is yours or you have the right to sell it
- the product does not violate third-party rights
- the product does not contain harmful or illegal content
- the information you provide is accurate
- you accept that BeAnything may review, reject, edit, or remove the submission
