BeAnything sells digital products created by independent creators.
Because our products are delivered as downloadable digital files, all sales are generally final once the download is made available or accessed.
However, we want buyers to feel safe. If there is a real problem with a product, please contact us and we will review the case.
We may offer a refund or replacement if:
- the download link does not work
- the ZIP file is corrupted
- the product is significantly different from its description
- the product cannot be opened or used as described
- the same product was purchased twice by mistake
We usually cannot offer refunds when:
- the buyer changed their mind after downloading the product
- the buyer no longer wants the product
- the buyer expected features that were not listed in the product description
- the issue is caused by unsupported software, device settings, or user modifications

We review refund requests case by case.
If a refund is approved, access to the downloaded product may be removed.
