These Terms and Conditions explain the basic rules for using BeAnything, submitting digital products, buying digital products, and accessing downloads.
By using BeAnything, submitting a product, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
About BeAnything
BeAnything is a digital marketplace where people can create, submit, sell, and discover digital products.
Products on BeAnything may include small apps, tools, templates, guides, designs, digital assets, AI-assisted tools, productivity files, educational resources, and other downloadable digital creations.
BeAnything may review, approve, reject, edit, remove, or unpublish products at any time.
Digital products
All products sold on BeAnything are digital products.
No physical goods are shipped.
After a successful purchase, buyers may receive access to a downloadable file, usually provided as a ZIP file or another digital format.
Buyers are responsible for checking that their device, browser, software, or operating system can open and use the product.
Purchases and downloads
When you purchase a product, you are buying access to the digital product as described on the product page.
After payment is completed, the download link may be shown on the order confirmation page and/or sent by email.
Download access may be limited, removed, or revoked if:
- the order is refunded
- the payment is reversed or disputed
- the product is removed for safety or legal reasons
- the buyer violates these Terms
- the download link is misused or shared improperly
Prices and payments
Product prices are shown on the product page before checkout.
BeAnything may change available price tiers, product prices, and payment options over time.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, WooCommerce payment services, or other payment processors.
BeAnything does not store full card details on its own servers.
Refunds
Because BeAnything sells downloadable digital products, sales are generally final once the digital product has been made available or accessed.
However, refund requests may be reviewed case by case.

User accounts and checkout
Some purchases may be completed as a guest.
In some cases, buyers or creators may need to provide information such as name, email address, country, billing details, or other information required for payment processing, order handling, tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Creator submissions
Creators may submit products for review.
Submitting a product does not guarantee publication.
Creators are responsible for the products they submit.
By submitting a product, creators confirm that:
- they created the product or have the right to sell it
- the product does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or intellectual property rights
- the product does not contain malware, spyware, harmful code, or illegal material
- the product description is accurate
- BeAnything may review, edit, reject, approve, remove, or unpublish the submission

Prohibited use
You may not use BeAnything to:
- upload or distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, viruses, or harmful code
- upload stolen, pirated, copied, or unauthorized content
- violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or intellectual property rights
- promote illegal products, services, or activities
- commit fraud, phishing, hacking, credential theft, or unauthorized access
- impersonate another person, brand, company, or organization
- harass, threaten, abuse, or dox others
- upload hateful, extremist, violent, or illegal content
- upload adult sexual content
- promote gambling, scams, or “guaranteed profit” schemes
- misuse download links, payment systems, or platform features
BeAnything may remove content, reject submissions, revoke access, cancel orders, or restrict use if these rules are broken.
Product quality and availability
BeAnything may review products before publication, but we cannot guarantee that every product will be error-free, suitable for every user, or compatible with every device or software setup.
Products are provided based on the description available at the time of purchase.
We may update, remove, hide, or unpublish products at any time.
Third-party products and creators
Some products may be created by independent creators.
Creators are responsible for the content, quality, legality, and accuracy of the products they submit.
BeAnything may act as a marketplace, reviewer, distributor, or platform, depending on the product and setup.
Intellectual property
BeAnything, its name, logo, design, text, platform structure, and original content belong to BeAnything unless otherwise stated.
Creators keep ownership of their own submitted products unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
By submitting a product, creators give BeAnything permission to review, display, promote, list, distribute, and sell the product through the marketplace.
Buyers may use purchased products for personal or permitted use according to the product description or included license.
Buyers may not resell, redistribute, reupload, copy, or claim products as their own unless the product license clearly allows it.
Safety and review
BeAnything may scan, open, test, inspect, or reject submitted files for safety, quality, or policy reasons.
This review process is not a guarantee that every risk will be detected.
Users should still use reasonable caution when downloading and opening digital files.
Limitation of liability
BeAnything is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeAnything is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profit, device issues, software conflicts, or business interruption caused by using the site or downloaded products.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
BeAnything may update these Terms from time to time.
The “Last updated” date shows when the Terms were last changed.
Continued use of BeAnything after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
