You can contact us if:
- your download link does not work
- your ZIP file is corrupted
- you purchased the wrong product
- you purchased the same product twice by mistake
- a product does not match its description

- you want to report a suspicious or unsafe product

Digital product support
BeAnything sells downloadable digital products.
We can help with download access, corrupted files, incorrect product files, and marketplace-related issues.
However, we may not be able to provide technical support for every device, operating system, browser, or third-party software used to open a product.
Reporting unsafe products
If you believe a product is unsafe, misleading, illegal, or violates someone’s rights, please contact us and include:

- the product link, if available
- a short explanation of the issue
We may review, hide, remove, or restrict access to products that break our rules.
